HMRC support for vulnerable adults

Did you know HMRC have a Needs Enhanced Support service for vulnerable people? The service is designed to help any taxpayer who may need that little bit of extra help due to either mental or physical disabilities. The NES offers one point of contact face to face appointments are available. If you or your client or anyone you know could benefit, you can make either request to be put through to the NES team via the normal helpline or make a referral online here.
